The Foundation is led by the General Assembly of Partners,from which  the Board of Directors is formed. The Board of Directors has 21 representatives of successful Mexican companies, besides that, there are 7 Working Committees formed by members of the Board of Directors, external advisers, and a member of the Management Team for developing  the  strategy and  planning  of the Foundation’s work. The Operations Team has 30 multidisciplinary professionals in the National Office and Field Offices.

The National Office is located in Mexico City, extending its reach to 16  entities  of the Mexican Republic through 4 field offices and 14 development centers: Organizations of the rural sector that are affiliated to the Fundación Mexicana para el Desarrollo Rural, A.C, sharing principles, strategies and their Methodology.

The National Office plans, designs, and manages the program’s resources with its structure support.  We have the support of input suppliers who give funding for projects and give technical assistance and training in the operation.
